Here are tips to submitting an application to join GTPC’s network of trusted vendors and suppliers.

Construction of the Golden Triangle Polymers facility will take about four years to complete and is expected to create approximately 4,500 jobs. Primary contractor companies will manage their own hiring during the construction phase of the project.

The facility is expected to start up in 2026 and is projected to create more than 500 permanent positions. As operator of the facility, CPChem will hire full-time operations, maintenance, engineering, and support staff employees for the Golden Triangle Polymers plant.

Suppliers and vendors interested in being considered for work on the project should first fill out this registration form for pre-screening by CPChem. Qualifying businesses that satisfy company standards for suppliers and service providers will typically be added to our “approved vendor” list, which will be shared with the primary contractor companies and CPChem personnel working on the project.

Who can apply?

Wondering if your business is eligible? GTPC welcomes a wide range of vendors. From construction, transportation, and IT services to industrial cleaning, staffing, and catering, GTPC hiring managers appreciate the varied expertise qualifying vendors and suppliers bring. Find a full list of vendor categories on the supplier submission form to see if your services or products align with the project’s needs.

Construction vendors: EMR ratings

For vendors in the construction sector, understanding your Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is crucial. A “good” EMR tells us that you’ve taken the necessary steps to protect your company, support your workforce, and minimize your exposure to avoidable losses. Be ready to share your EMR score in the dedicated section for construction vendors on our application form.
